Buying and selling companies | Ready–made business marketplace – IST Hungary

We offer limited liability companies (Kft. in Hungary, s.r.o. in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, Sp. z o.o. in Poland, and other legal forms in EU countries, Asia and the Middle East). All companies are registered in the local company registers and have no debts, loans or liabilities. Their share capital is fully paid up.

The price includes the company itself with fully paid-up share capital, a complete set of incorporation documents, preparation and filing of the documents for the change of owner and managing director, and all government fees. On request, we can also change the company name, registered office and business activities.

The changes officially take effect once they are entered in the Company Register. This usually takes 5–7 business days. However, you can start operating immediately after signing the documents.

Registering a new company offers flexibility, but it takes time and involves bureaucratic procedures. A ready-made company means speed: you can get started within days rather than weeks or months. A ready-made company also often looks more established to partners and banks.

These are so-called shelf companies. They are set up by professional service providers specifically to be sold later. Since they have never carried out any actual business, they are fully transparent and safe.

Persons listed as debtors by the tax or social security authorities, or who are subject to enforcement proceedings, cannot become company owners.
