How to obtain a business residence permit through real estate investment

This program is suitable for investors who prefer to directly own physical assets and are willing to engage in commercial real estate management activities. Unlike the Golden Visa (passive investment in a fund), here you become the owner of the property and manage it through your Hungarian company.

What is the procedure and timing for purchasing?

After selecting a property and paying a deposit, we submit an application for a purchase permit (if required). This stage takes 5-6 weeks.

How do you guarantee that the property will be rented out?

How to protect your rights as a landlord?
