Beginning

  • In April 2022, two company founders approached us with the following objectives
  • Registration of a Hungarian Kft. company and advice on opening a business bank account
  • Submit the documents directly to the Migration Office in Budapest. Our team convinced the Migration Police to allow our partners to apply for a residence permit in Hungary, thus bypassing the need for a D visa. According to the law, Russian citizens are required to submit documents at their place of permanent residence and obtain a D visa. This is a unique case!

Process – Result

  • By the end of April 2022, a Hungarian company was registered
  • A contract for accounting and business services was signed
  • By mid-May 2022, all necessary documents for obtaining a long-term residence permit were submitted.
  • By the end of June 2022, the two company owners received Hungarian residence permits.
