Ilya and his colleague approached our Hungarian consulting company, IST Hungary, to open business bank accounts for their companies in one of the Hungarian banks.

The verification process for the first Estonian company took three weeks due to holidays in Hungary, otherwise the process would have been faster. We conducted numerous consultations and negotiations with the bank, ensured that all requirements were met, and completed and prepared a large number of documents. These efforts resulted in a positive outcome: the commercial account was opened.

The second Estonian company is currently in the verification phase, but we are confident that it will also be successfully completed.

This case is interesting because the Hungarian bank opened a commercial account for a company whose founder and director are non-residents of Hungary and do not have Hungarian documents.
