Relocating a Business to Hungary: A Case Study by Coffeetuned

Our cooperation with Coffeetuned started in the summer of 2021. At first, everything followed the usual pattern: we developed a roadmap and a plan to move the business and two families with small children to Hungary.

Before that, only Alexander had visited Hungary, and that was in his childhood, on a tour, while Evgeny had never been to Europe.

In parallel with the preparation of documents for the residence permit, the partners also signed a contract with our company for accounting services for their Hungarian company.

Initially, the plan was for the guys and their families to apply for a D visa from Moscow, but changes in the global and political situation changed their plans. First they prepared from Kazakhstan, then from Armenia, and in March 2023 they submitted their documents in Georgia. Already in May 2023, the partners received a positive decision and the coveted D visas, and in June they picked up their residence cards, which were issued for two years. Arina, together with her team of lawyers, experts and specialists, was in charge of this case. They did an excellent job! Despite the complexity of the case, which involved four adults and three young children (one of whom was a schoolgirl, requiring an additional package of documents), all the participants received two-year residence permit cards.

We were worried about the guys, as their case was slightly delayed due to reasons beyond their and our control. The main thing is that they now have the coveted residence permit cards in their hands. This marked the beginning of a long and interesting life in Hungary, where their children will have a peaceful and happy life, and their Hungarian company will prosper and have good profits.
