A successful business owner in the education sector, operating a legal entity in the Netherlands, approached our firm. The key objective was to select the most advantageous jurisdiction for conducting business in Europe.

Solution
During the consultation, IST Hungary experts conducted a comparative analysis of business conditions in the Netherlands and Hungary. The client was proposed to consider the Hungarian jurisdiction.

Result
The business owner decided to register a company in Hungary, as taxation and several other aspects of doing business in our country proved to be more favorable. We prepared the incorporation documents before the client’s arrival, and their signing took place at our office in Budapest. Prior to launching the business, we accompanied the client to Hungarian government authorities, which later enabled remote management of the company.

Form of Cooperation
The registration was carried out through an in-person visit to our office. However, IST Hungary is also ready to perform full company registration and all necessary government arrangements remotely.
