Beginning

In November 2021, the representatives of the well-known company Broniboy.ru approached our company, IST Hungary, with a request to provide consulting services for the registration of a new company in Hungary, in the city of Budapest.

Since December 2021 we have been providing accounting services for Broniboy.ru. In addition, our clients requested consultations on the following issues:

  • Specifics of relocating a company to Hungary;
  • Organization of office rental for the establishment of a European Union headquarters in Budapest;
  • Relocation of company founders, employees and top managers with the possibility of obtaining a Hungarian residence permit;
  • Legal consultations with our Hungarian lawyers.

Process – Result

  • Within one week, a new Hungarian company was successfully registered;
  • Provided comprehensive advice on the relocation of the business and employees to Hungary;
  • Signed a contract for accounting and business services;
  • The company’s founders, directors and their families obtained initial long-term residence permits in Hungary for 2 years.
