Beginning

In March 2022 a team of investors approached us with the following objectives

  • Registration of a Hungarian Kft. type company
  • Opening commercial accounts with Hungarian banks
  • Signing an accounting services contract for the new Hungarian company
  • Advice on obtaining a 2-year residence permit for the team of investors and company directors

Process – Result

  • A new Hungarian company was registered in March 2022;
  • Contracts for accounting services and business consulting for the new Hungarian company were signed;
  • A contract for business services was signed with our Hungarian company, IST Hungary;
  • By the end of July 2022, all necessary documents for obtaining a long-term residence permit were submitted to the Hungarian Consulate in the Russian Federation;
  • At the beginning of September 2022, the investors received a Hungarian D visa;
  • In October, the investors received 2-year residence permit cards.
