Residential complex in Budapest
The complex is located in a constantly developing and renewing part of the city in the IX district. It is a 7-storey residential building under construction. The building has one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments with sizes from 28 m2 to 78 m2. Almost all of them have a private balcony or loggia. All apartments face the sunny side, there are no north-oriented apartments in the residential complex. The use of large-format glazing in the project provides the building with the maximum possible natural light. The peculiarity of the project is that the monosplit climate system is included in the basic configuration of the apartments.
When designing this facility, special attention was paid not only to making it a modern and elegant residential complex, but also to the use of high-quality and durable materials. An important point in the design was also the consciousness of energy saving: e.g. shading, renewable energy sources, heat recovery.
