Residential complex in Budapest
The complex is located in a constantly developing and renewing part of the city in the 9th district. It is a 7-storey residential building under construction. The building has one, two, three and four room apartments with sizes ranging from 28 m2 to 78 m2. Almost all of them have a private balcony or loggia. All apartments face the sun, there are no north-facing apartments in the complex. The use of large format glazing in the project provides the building with maximum natural light. A special feature of the project is that the monosplit air conditioning system is included in the basic configuration of the apartments.
In the design of this facility, special attention was paid not only to the creation of a modern and elegant residential complex, but also to the use of high quality and durable materials. An important point in the design was also the awareness of energy saving: e.g. shading, renewable energy sources, heat recovery.

Location
It is located in an area surrounded by Haller Street, Mester Street, Üllői Street and Ferenc Circle. Therefore, we can easily reach the main traffic junctions in all directions on foot. Tram no. 51, a two-minute walk away, will take us to any of them, but you can also walk to Boráros Square in 5-10 minutes, and trams no. 4, 6 and 2 trams or the metro will take you to Nagyvárad Tér station. A large part of Budapest’s universities are also concentrated in this area, resulting in an ever-increasing value of both residential and office space, which also offers an excellent investment opportunity for apartments purchased for long-term rental purposes.
