Residential complex in Budapest
The residential complex is a 7-storey building with 98 apartments. There are one, two, three and four room apartments in the building, ranging in size from 30 m2 to 106 m2.
It is no coincidence that the house is named after itself: when the project was designed, the aim was to create a modern complex in harmony with nature. The building offers its future owners a stylish combination of large glass surfaces and terraces with maximum use of green areas on the basement and ground floor, as well as on the roof and terrace. Natural light and ventilation to the corridors will come through windows in the facade. The apartments face east, south and west, which allows for optimal lighting and positioning of all apartments, as none of the apartments face north. Apartments have balconies and terraces.
The building is equipped with modern technical solutions. Significant environmental factors contributing to comfortable living are: the use of modern energy-saving lighting and electrical systems, the use of environmentally friendly materials in construction, and separate garbage collection.
In addition, the building has designed a water conservation network that optimizes water consumption and harvests rainfall from the roofs.
Another important aspect is the livability of the complex. A high level of thermal insulation ensures a favorable climate in the apartments in both summer and winter, and technical systems will provide not only heating, but also cooling in the summer.
In addition to the use of advanced solutions, low energy consumption and energy recovery in ventilation systems with heat exchangers will also be important.
