Residential complex in Budapest
The residential complex is a 7-storey building with 98 apartments. There are one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments in the residential building with the area from 30 m2 to 106 m2.
It is no coincidence that the house was named after itself: when the project was designed, the aim was to create a modern complex in harmony with nature. The building offers a stylish combination for its future owners of large glass surfaces and terraces with maximum use of green areas on the basement and ground floor, as well as on the roof and terrace. Natural light and ventilation to the corridors comes through windows on the façade. The apartments face east, south and west, which makes the lighting and positioning of all apartments optimal, as none of the apartments face north. The apartments have balconies and terraces.
The provision of the building is conditioned by the use of modern engineering solutions. Significant environmental factors contributing to comfortable living are: the use of modern energy-saving lighting and electrical systems, the use of environmentally friendly materials used in construction, as well as separate garbage collection.
In addition, the building has designed a water-saving network that optimizes water consumption and utilizes rainfall on the roofs.
Also one of the important aspects is the livability of the residential complex. A high level of thermal insulation ensures a favorable climate in the apartments in summer and winter, and engineering systems will provide not only heating, but also cooling in summer.
In addition to the use of advanced solutions, low energy consumption and energy recovery in ventilation systems with heat exchangers will also be important.
