US Residence Permit: Trump Announces New «Trump Card» Program

The Trump administration has presented an executive order to launch a new immigration program called “Trump Card.” The document has already been published on the official White House website.

This initiative proposes several pathways to obtain a residence permit:

• Trump Gold Card: Residency through a $1 million investment via an accelerated procedure.

• Trump Platinum Card: A premium option for $5 million (currently under development).

• Trump Card for Business: A $2 million investment + an annual fee of $15,000 for the ability to hire foreign employees.

The new scheme is designed to replace the popular EB-1 and EB-2 programs for specialists. In the first phase, it is planned to issue up to 80,000 cards.
